First of all shape of under a angle of 45° with a wood-rasp.
















This will give you a flat piece. Now file away both the corners of the flat piece in the same way as the first time.















Repeat this with any small cormers that appear.
















After this you got a nice round corner.
Just repeat this for all the other corners.
