For a lively action use a lighter kind of wood like Pine-wood or meranti.
If you prefer a somewhat slower action use beechwood.
- 9,5 + 12 cm : 14 mm thick.
- 15 + 17 + 23 cm : 16 - 18 mm thick.
Shape
Just round off all edges with a woodrasp or woodfile.
Make sure that the nose eye is positioned exactly in the center.
