Shape
Just round off all edges with a woodrasp or woodfile.
Then slightly narrow the tailend from 16mm to 10mm thick.
Make sure that the nose-eye is exactly in the center.

Saw a slot of 3mm wide and at an angle of 30° below the horizontal axis (see stencil).
For a slightly wider wobble, saw the slot at an angle of 45° below the horizontal axis.
